12/19/2010: On Sunday night, at Podapodar of Narayanpatna Block near the Dhepaguda village in Koraput, Odisha, India, unidentified militants used a landmine to blow up a culvert to obstruct the Border Security Force (BSF) troopers deployed in the area. No casualties or damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) militants were responsible.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
