Incident Summary:

12/21/2010: On Tuesday, in Turbat, Balochistan, Pakistan, unidentified militants abducted Ilyas Nazar, a student of the University of Balochistan, by gunpoint while he was on his way home. On 01/05/2011, his body was found near Pasni Road having been tortured and shot to death. The family members accused security forces and government functionaries of killing them during illegal detention. No group claimed responsibility.
