Incident Summary:

12/23/2010: On Thursday evening at 2130, in Nalchik, Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, unknown militants detonated an improvised explosive device placed under a bench and wounded an employee of the Investigations Directorate that was responsible for investigating high-profile crimes. The Directorate employee's brother was also wounded in the attack. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
