Incident Summary:

12/26/2010: On Sunday night, at the crossing of Shamil Avenue and Agaziyeva Street in the Sovetskiy District of Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia, unknown gunmen opened fire on the administrative head of the village, Zubuti-Miatli. Miatli was injured when he was shot in the foot. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
