Incident Summary:

01/20/2011: On Thursday, on the outskirts of Badejharkatta village in Badhgaon area in Kanker, Chhattisgarh, India, militants killed a villager, identified as Ramsu. The Communist Party of India-Maoists claimed responsibility. A poster stuck to his clothes accused him of being a police informer. The Maoists also threatened villagers with similar consequences if they supported the administration.
