Incident Summary:

01/21/2011: On Friday, in Deh Rawood, Uruzgan, Afghanistan, unknown assailants detonated a remote controlled improvised explosive device attached to a bicycle targeting the vehicle of Amanullah Hotak, head of the provincial council. Hotak escaped the attack unhurt, but five civilians and two of his bodyguards were wounded in the blast. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to the vehicles and no group claimed responsibility.
