01/31/2011: On Monday, in Galkayo, Mudug, Somalia, unknown militants detonated a remote-controlled landmine targeting the vehicle of a Mudug army commander. No casualties were reported but the army commander's vehicle was badly damaged. No group has claimed responsibility, but the militant group Al Shabaab was thought responsible for the attack.
