03/19/2011: On Saturday, in Galkayo, Mudug, Somalia, one Puntland soldier was injured when unknown militants detonated a remote controlled roadside improvised explosive device targeting the vehicle of the Puntland Attorney General, Mohamud Hassan Aw Osman. Mohamud Hassan Aw Osman was not injured in the attack. The blast caused an unknown amount of property damage. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
