Incident Summary:

03/31/2011: On Thursday afternoon around 1240, in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, a suicide bomber detonated his explosives-laden belt close to the convoy of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, chief of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party. At least 13 people, including four policemen, were killed and 29 others were injured but Rehman was unharmed. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage and no group claimed responsibility for this incident.
