Incident Summary:

04/10/2011: On Sunday evening around 2030, in the Imam Jafar area on the Sheberghan-Sar-e-pol main road about 30 kilometers from the capital of Sar-e pol, Afghanistan, suspected Taliban militants opened fired near a security checkpoint, killing the commander of the post, Mohamad Rasul, while he was riding a bike. No group has claimed responsibility, but the Taliban are suspected for the attack.
