Incident Summary:

04/25/2011: On Monday evening, on the 12313 Sealdah-Rajdhani Express train between Asansol and Dhanbad, West Bengal, India, three crude explosive devices in polythene bags were recovered from under berth number 27, B-4 coach. The explosives failed to explode, causing no casualties or damages. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
