Incident Summary:

04/26/2011: On Tuesday morning around 1100, at Karuna Singnar gaon near the New Life School in Karbi Anglong, Assam, India, a civilian identified as Bordeka Kro was shot and killed by unidentified militants. No group claimed responsibility, however it was suspected the Karbi People’s Liberation Front (KPLF) was responsible for the attack.
