Incident Summary:

05/04/2011: On Wednesday before 1200 noon, in Kholbesat, Sabari, Khowst, Afghanistan, militants opened fire on a vehicle of the commander of Afghan security forces. The commander identified as Kalim Khan, and another senior security official, identified as Mohammad Ali, were injured. One of Khan’s bodyguards was killed. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack through a statement to the media.
