05/18/2011: On Wednesday evening, in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, Taliban militants detonated a suicide vehicle borne improvised explosive device targeting a bus transporting police recruits. The blast killed 13 and wounded 20, both police and civilians. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to the vehicle.
