05/24/2011: On Tuesday, in Kalafgan, Takhar, Afghanistan, a child was wounded when the vehicle of a district official, Raza Shah Sara-e Sangi, struck an improvised explosive device planted by unidentified militants. Sara-e Sangi was not harmed but the attack resulted in an unknown amount of property damage. No group claimed responsibility.
