Incident Summary:

06/03/2011: On Friday, in the Elbrusskiy District of Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, unidentified militants attacked a police post with automatic rifles. DPS and OMON policemen were manning the post, which had been set as part of the KTO (counter-terrorism operations) regime imposed in the district in March. Both 7.62 and 5.45 millimeter shells were found at the scene. There were no casualties and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
