Incident Summary:

06/26/2011: On Sunday morning around 1130, in the Khwaja Umari district of Ghazni, Afghanistan, unidentified militants planted a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) on a bicycle. The RCIED was detonated and wounded seven people, including a former district chief. The blast shattered the windows of several nearby shops and no group claimed responsibility.
