Incident Summary:

06/27/2011: On Monday evening at 1800, in the Abu Ghurayb neighborhood of Baghdad city, Baghdad province, Iraq, unknown militants planted a sticky improvised explosive device (IED) onto the car of the head of Khan Dari city council. The IED was dismantled by security personnel. There were no casualties or damages and no group claimed responsibility.
