08/01/2011: On Monday, in Garowe, Nugaal, Somalia, two people were killed and six people were injured when militants detonated an improvised explosive device that targeted a parade to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the formation of Puntland. No material damage was reported in the attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
