08/18/2011: On Thursday, in Afgoye, Shabeellaha Hoose, Somalia, militants kidnapped 15 people that had been accused of not fasting during the Islamic month of Ramadan; no casualties were reported. The status of the hostages is unknown. No group has claimed responsibility, but the militant group al-Shabaab was thought to be responsible for the attack.
