08/25/2011: On Thursday, in Hub, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan, a man was killed and 13 people were injured when a bomb detonated in the Seerat chowk (square). The injured, who were mostly passers-by, were taken to the district hospital by the police. The device was locally made and remote controlled. Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Success is not judged in terms of the larger goals of the perpetrators.
