Incident Summary:

09/02/2011: On Friday at 1230 noon, in the Zlicin sub district of Prague, Praha, Czech Republic, an improvised explosive device (IED) planted in a wastebasket by unidentified assailants was found by a guard near an IKEA store. The IED was set to explode at 1700 but was discovered at 1230 by a member of the security staff. No damage or casualties occurred and no group claimed responsibility.
