09/06/2011: On Tuesday, in an unspecified location in Lowgar, Afghanistan, suspected Taliban militants kidnapped 10 Afghan citizens who were employed by the United States and Afghan governments. None of the victims were identified. On 09/10/2011, five of the 10 hostages were shot and killed by the suspected Taliban militants in Charkh, Lowgar.
