Incident Summary:

09/16/2011: On Friday, in Jabella, Babil, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated a vehicle borne improvised explosive device targeting civilians. The blast wounded three civilians, and destroyed a nearby car. When first responder officials responded to the scene of the blast, a second vehicle borne improvised explosive device was detonated. The second blast wounded seven responders and caused an unknown amount of property damage. No group claimed responsibility.
