09/18/2011: On Sunday, in Pasaband, Ghowr, Afghanistan, Taliban militants shot and killed a foreign aid worker identified as Gholam Haider. Haider was working for the non-governmental organization South Asia Foundation. The Taliban claimed responsibility on the same day through an unknown means of communication.
