Incident Summary:

10/03/2011: On Monday, in the Daqouq district of Kirkuk, At Ta'mim, Iraq, four unknown gunmen killed the Kirkuk anti-crime director, Colonel Serkot Abdul Ali Jabbari. Police sources say the victim escaped a previous assassination attempt where the gunmen fled after wounding the director in August. No other casualties or damages were reported. No group has claimed responsibility.
