11/14/2011: The detonator of an improvised explosive device went off on the side of the road in Nazran, Ingushetia, Russia. The device, consisting of nails, ammonium nitrate, and aluminium powder in plastic bottles, failed to explode. The specific target is unknown; however, there was an Internal Troops unit in the area. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
