11/20/2011: Two improvised explosive devices attached to two electricity poles detonated in Than To district, Yala province, Thailand. Both poles were damaged in the explosion and the surrounding area lost electricity; there were no reported injuries. No group claimed responsibility; however, officials believe that the incident was perpetrated by separatist militants. Specific motive is unknown.
