Incident Summary:

11/20/2011: An improvised explosive device detonated in the offices of Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) in Myanaung, Irrawaddy region, Myanmar. Although there were four people in the office at the time of the explosion, there were no reported injuries. Computers, documents, and a vehicle were destroyed in the incident. No group claimed responsibility and specific motive is unknown.
