11/22/2011: An explosive device detonated on Jayga road in Wadajir district, Mogadishu city, Benadir region, Somalia. The road was crowded with people at the time of the blast; at least ten people were killed and an unknown number were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and specific motive is unknown; however, Al-Shabaab is suspected of perpetrating the incident as part of their campaign against the Somali government.
