Incident Summary:

11/24/2011: At least four suspected members of the New People's Army (NPA) attacked a construction project in Tagcatong, Carmen, Agusan del Norte province, Philippines. The assailants burned several pieces of machinery, including a backhoe. The equipment was owned by Madyaw Construction Development Corp.; officials believe the attack was in response to the company's failure to pay a "revolutionary tax".
