12/20/2011: Hussein Mohsen Maqsud, a chemical specialist for the North Oil Company, was killed when a sticky bomb attached to his car detonated south of Kirkuk, At Ta'mim, Iraq. The North Oil Company is a state owned company. Mr. Maqsud was also a member of the Dawa Party. No claim of responsibility was reported.
