Incident Summary:

01/05/2012: Assailants abducted Khalil Rasjed Dale in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. Dale was a Yemen-born British citizen working for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). His body was found on April 29, 2012 with his throat cut and a note saying he had been killed because no ransom was paid. Tehrik-i-Taliban (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack.
