Incident Summary:

01/11/2012: Assailants shot rocket-propelled grenades on a crowd in Homs, Homs governorate, Syria. The crowd included journalists being given a tour of damaged areas in the city. Nine people, including a French journalist, were killed, while an unknown number of people were wounded in the explosion. The FSA claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that it was a mistake.
