01/29/2012: Assailants abducted an Indian National Congress worker in Chingai city, Manipur state, India. The abductors then shot the Congress worker, injuring him. No group claimed responsibility, but sources attributed the attack to the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).
