Incident Summary:

02/13/2012: A sticky bomb rigged to the vehicle of a deputy mufti exploded in Pyatigorsk city, Stavropol Krai federal subject, Russia. The mufti was killed in the blast. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack; however, the mufti had previously expressed fear that there would be an attempt on his life for having broken ties with local Wahabbis.
