02/26/2012: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle outside the Christian Church of Nigeria in Jos city, Plateau state, Nigeria. Five people, including two assailants, were killed, and 38 people were wounded. Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that it was to avenge Muslims who were killed and dehumanized over the past decade.
