Incident Summary:

03/07/2012: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated outside of a restaurant in the Kifa neighborhood of Tal Afar city, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. This was one of two related attacks in Kifa on this day. At least 14 people were killed and 15 others were injured across the two attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected Al-Qa'ida in Iraq (AQI).
