Incident Summary:

03/10/2012: Gunmen attacked a mobile police post in Bama town, Borno state, Nigeria. The assailants were also carrying explosive devices that were not used in the assault. Police officers successfully repelled the attack, killing one gunman and wounding and subsequently capturing 11 others. No group claimed responsibility for the incident, but police officials attributed it to Boko Haram.
