03/12/2012: A man threw a firebomb at the Rida Islamic Center in Brussels city, Brussels region, Belgium. The imam of the mosque was killed and another person injured in the attack. The perpetrator, a Sunni, stated that he attacked the Shia mosque because he blamed Shias for the ongoing violence in Syria.
