Incident Summary:

04/08/2012: Assailants opened fire on the home of a police sergeant in Potiskum area, Yobe state, Nigeria. The sergeant was not injured in the attack; however, one of his daughters was killed and two of his other children were injured. No group claimed responsibility for this incident; however, authorities suspected Boko Haram.
