Incident Summary:

04/24/2012: Assailants opened fire on Henry Arles along the national highway in Manalad, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Arles, a local trial court judge, was killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB).
