Incident Summary:

05/01/2012: Assailants opened fire on a convoy of The Total Group, a company comprised of French oil workers, in Seiyun city, Hadramawt governorate, Yemen. At least two soldiers protecting the workers were killed and a worker was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) was behind the attack.
