05/02/2012: Assailants attacked a pro-government tribesmen checkpoint in Lawdar town, Abyan governorate, Yemen. Four people were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a military spokesperson blamed Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
