Incident Summary:

05/12/2012: Two assailants threw a grenade and opened fire on the home of Ali al-Amrani in Sanaa city, Amanat Al Asimah governorate, Yemen. Al-Amrani, the Information Minister, was not injured in the attack, but one other person was wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, government officials blamed Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
