Incident Summary:

05/24/2012: An explosive device attached to the vehicle of Maulana Yousaf Shah, the head of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Sami (JUI-S), detonated at a service station in Akora Khattak city, Nowshera district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. No one was harmed, as the device was discovered and its presence was reported to bomb disposal units; however, the device exploded before officials arrived on the scene. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
