Incident Summary:

05/31/2012: An explosive device detonated in a girls' primary school in Mardan city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Three assailants had removed the school guard at gunpoint and then planted the explosives; as a result, no one was injured, but the school was destroyed. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
