06/18/2012: Assailants stormed the Tunisian consulate in Benghazi city, Benghazi district, Libya. There were no reported casualties, as Libyan officials successfully negotiated with the assailants. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a source indicated that the assailants were protesting an art exhibition in Tunisia that they alleged insulted the religion of Islam.
