06/27/2012: Assailants attacked Turkish soldiers in Eruh district, Siirt province, Turkey. At least one soldier was killed in the attack. This was one of two related attacks against Turkish troops in the district on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed them to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
