07/19/2012: An explosive device planted along a road detonated in Karez I Qala town, Faryab province, Afghanistan. The blast targeted a civilian vehicle. At least eight civilians died and six more were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident, but police suspected the Taliban.
